Surefire Weapon Mounted Light Fore End. Model: 618FGA Tac Light, plus original Fore end.
Ultra-Dot Pan AV reflex style sight. It's an inexpensive optic, but it withstood a combat shotgun course several years ago, and held its zero.
Price includes everything pictured plus original owners manual and trigger lock key.
