Item Description: Seaspray is our waterfront 3 bd/2bth house in the Perdido Key beach community, near the Florida/Alabama state line. It does have a dock, so you can bring your boat, kayak, jet ski, etc. or just fish off the dock. Just a 15 min. Boat ride to the gulf! We are close to several great restaurants, and just a few miles to the famous FloraBama. The house has everything! Satellite tv, wireless internet, washer/dryer, hammock, bikes, beach equipment, etc. the house is beautifully decorated, so your wife will love it. We rent direct to avoid high fees to our guest and are by far the cheapest 3 bedroom vacation rental in the area. Spring and fall rates are just $135/nt and Summer is $165/nt plus cleaning. You can put it in very near the house. We take our boat and jetski and leave at the dock our entire stay.

It is the daily rates. No other fees or taxes except for $150 cleaning fee per stay. We rent monthly in the winter, weekly for June and July, and 3 night minimum for spring and fall.
