Item Description: Rock River upper, 223 cal., 20 inch heavy stainless barrel ,1/8 twist,with carry handle and adjustable sights. barrel threaded at muzzle 1/2"x28tpi. has stainless thread protector. Upper saw a little use as match rifle target shooting using 69 grain Sierra BTHP bullets. Very good condition.

I bought the upper new at the Rock River store on commercial row at Camp Perry. There are no identifying markings on barrel or receiver. I recall thinking I was buying 1/7 twist, but I just measured it with cleaning rod. I do believe you are correct. It is a 1/8 twist. It does have a hooded rear site. And, yes I have feedback on ebay under" trebmn".
