Here we have my Rossi R92 in .45 Colt.
I bought it new maybe 2 years ago. It’s had maybe 150 rounds through it, mostly mild cast 255gr loads. It’s an easy shooter!
Holds 10 rounds plus one. 20” barrel.

Great rifle, and it scratched the itch. But now I’m thinning the herd so it’s up for sale.

She’s still in excellent shape, save for a light scratch on the receiver from getting it in and out of the safe. See pic. The bluing is lovely.

Sale only, no trades, price is $600

South metro preferably, but I’m flexible.

That is a gorgeous rifle. Just started looking into .45LC, so if this doesn't go quick I might have to get it.
The .45 Colt is especially fun if you reload for it. My 255gr hard cast loads basically replicate original .45 Colt loads at 840 fps, and this rifle runs those same loads around 1075 fps. They say that the strength of the 1892 action can handle .45 Colt loads that meet and even exceed .44 Magnum power levels, but I’m not interested in doing that. But it’s good to know! This rifle is just a hell of a lot of fun on steel targets and the like.

I have a tennis ball on a string at 50 yards and it’ll smack that all day long with the old buckhorn iron sights.
