Ok I'm showing my stupidity but I'm going to ask anyway cause I just don't know. What's the corn meal used for?

As a filler for light loads. It lets the bullet seat right up against the load.

I would add loading corn meal to be more of a hassel than any marginal accuracy gain, at least for me it was...I only did it once and found it to be a pain and mess.
