After researching the spelling on these rifles several are shown with the same spelling most of them in the early years such as 93 and 94 .

Russian C is Latin S.

There might be IZHMACH only if someone from factory marketing converted russian ИЖМАШ using French transliteration rules where Ш is CH (this was pretty typical in Soviet Union time and a bit after).
