Item Description: I have a relatively rare aluminum Sig Sauer Swiss “Style” lower for the Sig 556. As far as I know these haven’t been available since 2011. It will allow you to upgrade the rifle to accept Swiss 55X series magazines.
This one has been cerakoted black and color filled. It comes with an original 551 pistol grip, a manticore arms sling mount, manticore winter trigger guard, and mfi Swiss style (look alike) capture pins.

Well if memory serves that was about the time I was trying to justify buying a San Sig lower. The Swiss won out and this goes on the block. That being said I probably wouldn’t do it over again. The San 551 lower is nice but not worth the ungodly expense.

Do it, that would be badass! If JDI firearms can’t get you the hand guards / retaining ring them you can always order small parts from San Sig. They’re costly and shipping is a bitch but they will send handguards, stocks, slings, etcetera internationally.

Tell me about it. I have a 556 pistol I've been wanting to put this on and SBR. It's the darn mags that are keeping me from doing it. Should have bought some a year or 2 ago and stashed them. The 30's are unubtainium now. It's calling my name for sure....
