This was a West German police gun. Has a ton of holster wear and I think a high round count. It was a bit of side to side play that high round count older sigs have.
I have put a couple hundred rounds (various kinds) through this. It was been absolutely reliable. Smooth shooting and for me it has been one of the most accurate pistols I have shot.
I believe this gun has a lot of life left and I would bet my life on its reliability and accuracy.
If you see an old worn out, outdated Sig this is not for you I would imagine.
If you know the P228 and and its pedigree, this is a well worn example of one of the best pistols Sig ever made. For me it was just one of those pistols I loved since I was a kid and saw in all the movies and shows and it was one of several P228s in my collection at one point.
Honestly I am not sure on pricing on this one. I acknowledge that its hard to price a gun with a ton of wear on it. Open to offers. If you send a lower offer I will consider it but probably want to give it a few days to see what the interest is and what offers come through.
