Like new. Only 17 hrs but going up as I use it to cut my personal yard. Was in lawn business but no longer cutting yards. Doing landscaping only now. Has factory installed mulch kit and original discharge. Have original blades unused and mulch blades on it. Paid around $500 for kit and install. Paid $11,500 for mower in December. Kawasaki EFI 26 Hp engine. Firm on price. Augusta GA
