Up for sale is a Springfield milspec 1911. It was purchased in 2020 and has never been fired. Brand new. Two factory mags

I really like the plain checkered grips. Did they come from the factory ? ( I can't stand the dopey logo Springfield usually puts on them)

Yes it is all factory. I think the mill spec comes just as the ww1 and ww2 grips were

Not all of them, apparantly. I have a Mil-Spec that has that ridiculous Springfield logo plastered right in the middle of each grip panel, as did the stainless Mil-Spec I had a few years ago. I wish mine had the more authentic looking ones like yours, and I wouldn't be waiting on a new set to arrive from ebay, LOL !
(Otherwise, these look great, i just dislike the logo).
