For sale here is a custom modified “vintage” Surefire E2D Executive Defender flashlight, with a custom warm white LED head with high and low modes.

The light now takes a single 17670 rechargeable cell, and I will include two of these with the light.

Awesome older Surefire light, updated for more modern use!

I can’t recall the lumen output, sorry. It might be something like 2-300, would be my estimation when comparing it with other lights I’ve got.

I’m pretty sure it doesn’t want any more than 4.2V, but I’m honestly not positive.

The retrofit LED unit was a custom job done by a member of a flashlight Forum several years ago. I want to say candlepower forum? I’ll see if I can find the link, if it’s still around.

I know there are newer drop in LED modules that can be found on eBay that WILL accept more voltage and are brighter. I think they run somewhere around $50. I think they’re called Lumens Factory, or something like that.

It MIGHT be this one, in which case it WILL accept 6V.

It says 240 lumens, so my guess was pretty much spot-on.
