with the back door, you could always add a conex box to it underground.
then you have the shelter and a bug out bunker.

If I keep it, I was going to put on a concrete slab, so the hatch on to come up to my roof vent, that way off ever got too much water, just go through the vet and get on roof,I have skylights.

But I have never had standing water in my back yArd, not even during major storms
