Its time to let it go.
It is in great shape with solid cylinder lockup.
I bought it from a friend who was being re-stationed from the coastguard in Alaska. I shot it maybe 20 times then put it in the safe where it has sat for the last 16 years. It gets pulled out periodically to be wiped down but that is it.
I also have reloading dies, and some brass, if you are interested we can make a deal on that if you buy the pistol.
