This is actually the civilian legal Mag7 M1 version...however WITHOUT the original wooden buttstock attached to the rear of the receiver there is a problem of it not meeting the 26" minimum overall length requirement..a shotgun must have a barrel of at least 18" and a OAL of 26". I would suggest that you attach some wood to the rear of the receiver to give it the minimum length..
