Item Description: Whinchester XTR featherweight 101 Pigeon grade 12ga double barrel 3" shells 26" barrel. No marks or dings in wood and bluing is in perfect condition. Best I have been able to find on a date of manufacture is pre 1981.

I do not have the chokes. Bought it from a guy that inherited the gun from his uncle and he had no idea what happened to the chokes. Also no case.

Yes Japan made

Made by Olin-Kodensha in Japan, NOT by Miroku...All the Winchester 96's, 101's & 23's were made in the Kodensha plant, side-by-side with the Nikko Golden Eagle shotguns...Nice-lookin' 101, probably made in the early to mid-80's, judging by the Winchokes & style of Forend...HTH
