Item Description: Model 70 Brown Laminated Coyote Stainless Made in 2002.
Stainless finish barrel, blued receiver, satin wood finish, M.O.A. trigger system, short action, controlled round push feed bolt. I called Winchester and found it was made in 2002. I have owned it since 2003.

The Coyote is designed for the hunter who needs both an easy-to-carry rifle and one capable of long-range accuracy. To that end, the Coyote pairs an accurate, 24" medium-heavy barrel with a rugged laminated stock. The entire gun is like new. I have owned it for about 15 years and have shot it less than 10 rounds. Just a nod and a thumbs up for this Coyote Model 70. Don’t let the name Coyote deter you, because these are laser accurate, deer smackin’ rifles. My experience is that with the right quality ammo it can be a 100 yd. sub MOA shooter that is quite capable of MUCH longer range with the right optics. This is a much valued, last production years of the Connecticut made Winchester M70 series , and not so easy to find any more. If I didn’t already own one then I’d be talking to wallacem! His OBO asking price is spot on and from looking at the pictures he’s got an almost new, high percentage condition rifle for sale. GLWtS, sir.

Yes sir. Got a 22-250 in the coyote lite. It’s a shooter. Taken a lot of deer with it. Would love to have this one. Just to far away. GLWS
