Item Description: Posting for a coworker, a very nice .308 Gibbs jungle carbine, nickel finished, 10 round mag. Dated 1969 markings, very good condition. Bright clean bore,Shoots great, short,handy rifle. He's looking to trade for a Glock gen 3 or 4 9mm, model 26,19, or 17. Or a .40 in model 23,27,or 22 Only. That's SO sweet. The Jungle Carbine is my favorite Enfield. The bright polished finish and being 308 is a huge plus. I have a friend with two old 50 Cal ammo cans full of milsurp 308. This would make a great all around general purpose carbine.

His eyesight is failing him, I honestly believe it's the only reason he's considering trading it for a handgun. It's very nice, compact, awsome shooter!! Thanks

I love Mausers and Enfields in 308. It's like you get a rock sold action in a more common and proven caliber. This one would be perfect for most any user.

I agree brother, this one has a perfect bore as well. Very nice. If I had the cash I'd own it. I'm a big .308 fan lol
