incorrect...the eagle in his picture is just the russian imperial eagle and is missing any Arsenal information, yes very old especially since the eagle was not peened out or ground which happened during/after the revolution. The Arsenal information would be present on the barrel shank (round section) you can also tell year of receiver manufacture by also checking the underside of the tang
