From what I understand and have been told by a shop that sells rebuilt Glocks, they are usually just pistols that were taken to trade shows or demoed but not shot. They go back to Glock and all of the small parts are replaced in the pistol so that they can be sold as a rebuild. This may not be the case with all of the orange label Glocks as I'm sure they probably rebuild some that have been fired but the ones I have handled looked like they were brand new.

No, just have the picture that shows that it is a Glock factory rebuild, which leaves the factory in essentially new shape. I just bought one recently and held it side by side with a new one and couldn't find 1 difference.

Although, I can not see the reason for all the questions, the owner can probably call Glock and ask them about the history.
