I'm not sure about the difference between the gen 3 and gen 5 G26, but I traded my 365 for a gen 5 26. Didn't like the trigger on the 365. Really happy with the 26. Especially with the pinky extensions. Shot much tighter groups. the only thing the 365 did better was fit my hand. everything else was hands down g26. Rent one at the range before you commit. You may agree.
