I'm sure that they would, but then I'd have to deal with shipping it, and getting it shipped back through an FFL. I have a feeling that quite a few members here know exactly what's wrong with it, and would be able to fix it rather easily.
I'd rather just trade it with one of them.

Kel Tec has great service- call them and explain the problem- will replace everything for free minus the shipping of course- have a 2000----in 40cal and pickup the 9mm version two weeks ago from another ODT member shot 50 rounds never an issue
I sent them an email, but keep the trade offers coming.
They (Keltec) repaired my old P32 when it stopped extracting at about 1k rounds, shipped to them from my office, came back to my office.

I wouldn't have too many hopes on getting an email reply soon. I helped a buddy send his Sub2k back to Keltec for some issues recently. Took about 6 weeks turnaround. I gotta say, it was worth the wait. That thing came back better than new. They even replaced the old style quad rail with an updated version.
