I have a stock LNIB gen 3 glock 17 that I want to trade for a glock 19, gen 3 or newer.

Damn, if this had the tenifer finish, ( and we were closer) I might have been up for the trade, I had a nearly identical ad posted just a few days ago. ( have LNIB Gen5 G19, for G17.)
