I bought used in 2020 and only used it 5 trips
I am the third owner
No leaks since I have had it
1 slide out for couch
A/C cools great and all appliances work
New memory foam queen short mattress included
Includes one 30lb propane tank (has space for 2)
GVWR 6600 lbs
Tows great behind a half ton truck with included weight distribution hitch
-step is loose and needs to be re-anchored
-cushions in booth dinette need to be reupholstered (currently cover by sheets and pillow cases)
