I've never owned or shot one of the CAI receivered rifles. I have been collecting and building USGI Garand for over 40 years. However, these are cast receivers, not forged. Production quality control was not as good as USGI and tends to wear and come out of tolerance at some point. The receiver was made in Italy and assembled in the US. These rifles are not legal to shoot in some vintage rifle matches. You don't mention about the parts if USGI or commercial. The stock is European Beech.

Thanks for the information i dont know much about it im a ak guy Kalashnikovs so dont know much about other guns detail wise or to degree u knew about my gun just wanted it bc it was cheaper then most I've seen so i traded with a guy
