Older Ruger M77 ultralight in 308 Tang safety red pad in excellent shape. Has Leupold vx-3 3.5x10x50 with heavy duplex. Excellent condition for its age. I have owned it over 30 years. Sorta rare.

Looks Hydro dipped to me and with the rust on the bolt handle I'd say it was to cover something up.

It’s a wrap you can tell by the line along the red pad. Has to be removed with heat
