$2200 obo. This is what I’ve got in it but I’ll consider reasonable cash or trade offers. Really looking for a semiautomatic 7.62/308. M1A SOCOM 16 if I got to choose, but send offers if interested.
Rifle started life in a cheap plastic stock and was so unbalanced that it was nearly impossible to shoot anywhere other than a bench.
Fast forward to now, I’ve built this and selected pieces/parts to support comfortable shooting that’s conducive to accurate shooting, limiting weight and balancing the rifle.
26” heavy barrel, and she weighs in right at 12.5 lbs in the MDT chassis. The balance point is just at the front edge of the mag well so it can comfortably be shouldered and I’m not a gym guy. Nice lightweight adjustable stock that’s on an AR buffer tube. Lots of options if you want to change it. ERGO vertical grip feels great but also an AR compatible grip so any AR grip would work too. Has the factory accutrigger and bolt jeweling that I think looks nice, and of course the MDT removable magazine.
The scope is a Trijicon 2.5-10x56mm Credo HX. It’s excellent glass, is a great option in low light and will do what most of us will ever need it to.
Rifle is chambered in 308 and is ready to go. Comes with a nice Frank Proctor padded sling, and I’ve measured the chamber with several different bullets if you’re a reloader.
