It is brand new. I have never fired a round through it. It comes with (2) five round magazines. It can hold up to 2 3/4 inch 12 gauge shells. I am throwing in the Magpul 45 degree fore grip. It has flip up sights on it. I am holding firm to $400 and not willing to trade. I am willing to complete a sale at a local police station for everyone's safety. I prefer people with a carry license to purchase but not required.
