Sure you can. http://www.thecmp.org/Sales/eligibility.htm All you have to have is proof of US. citizenship, proof of membership in a affiliated group, and proof of participation in a firearms related activity. I would figure that most people on here wouldn't have much trouble meeting the requirements.

That takes care of safe handling, I'm sure you also have an affiliated organization. I'm going to qualify my 19 year old through his Boy Scout Rifle Shooting Merit Badge and he will join the Garand Collector's association for $25 a year.
