This needs to go beyond self-defense cases. This needs to apply to ANY case where the prosecutor is purposefully hunting the defendant. How many times have we seen this happen where someone gets "canceled" because of a BS trial?

I agree 100% BUT the issue I see is there is already so much sketchy cover up and withholding evidence on the prosecution's side that if they were to be punished for losing the lengths they'd go to cheat to win would be immeasurable.

This idea while worthy, is Unworkable. How do you scientifically attach a percentile value to a self defense case?

They think the evidence was 75% and you claim it was 59% and we are going to slap you with horrendous fines for falling under 60%.

Let justice BE BLIND. The same for me as for thee. How do you force them to legislate that?
