Just to end my conversation with my own answer! lol

It could be that your ISP is restricting your WiFi upload speeds or that you have reached your data limit. Perhaps you have signed up for a plan that does not meet your upload speed requirements. Asymmetric connections only allocate about 10% of the entire bandwidth to upload speeds.

Why are cable internet upload speeds so slow compared to fiber optic Internet upload speeds? Broadband cable companies typically have approx 700 MHz of bandwidth to offer cable tv, phone and internet services . Most of that spectrum is used for cable tv and that leaves approx 200 MHz for the Internet service .Mar 5, 2020

Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) has an upload speed of 1-10 Mbps while cable has an upload speed of 5-50 Mbps. On the other hand, fiber internet speed offers 250-1000 Mbps of quality upload speed, 20 times faster than cable.
