Well done started the process, cleaned her and started the lump and then the soaked hickory..She is Getting Baptize as I type..Four hrs at 175 degrees and all nasty gone, then start smoking later this week..
Up to the temp I want and now let her get seasoned, might I say I have smoked so much over the years just the burn right now is out of this world in aroma...
