Up in the rathole city of NYC now, out in the boros. Driving to my customer's yesterday morning in an industrial park and see a meth head walking on the street next to the cars trying to open every car door he passes. I should have beat him with the Hertz supplied snow scraper.

This country has no "criminal control" whatsoever.

If the punishment was a true deterrent for committing crimes, we surely wouldn't have so many repeat offenders.
The USA judicial system is a joke at best. As some stated earlier a "circle jerk".
