I've changed my mind about the Second Amendment

Should someone convicted of raping a toddler be allowed to open a daycare after they pay their debt to society?

Good analogy, but nobody will answer you. They will dodge the question with some sort of "they should be executed/never leave prison" garbage, someone else will come along and "+1" them and they will feel validated and they will never even question their own logic or reasoning. It's happened multiple times already.

Sure, but since appropriate payment for that involves a slow painful death, it would be hard for them to open up a day care.

Do you see my point here? It is a very simple thing. First we correct the issue (violent criminals roaming the streets), then we go from there.

Violent felons should lose their Constitutional rights for the rest of their lives. Once released from prison, they should be able to live among us with limited rights.
No vote, no gun, no right to accuse. Citizenship is a responsibility.

Send them all to Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee's district with tracking devices. Libs love these guys so let them house and feed them.

Do you believe the sex offender registry is wrong? What are your thoughts on Sheriff's rounding up all know sex offenders in their community on Halloween and making them sit it out in a gym somewhere?

So because politicians declare an act to be a felony, people who commit such acts lose their citizenship?

Do all of the newly created felons in connecticut deserve to lose all of their constitutionally protected rights because a politician declared assault weapons to be illegal unless registered?
