Went into mine the other day and was waited on by Henrietta Hippo with a ring in her nose and green and purple hair....what ever happened to decor and professional appearances ....I'm looking for a new bank ...I want my money in a place that at least appears to be a professional place of business with employees competent enough to count and make logical and sound decisions....
AND YES your appearance counts very much as a pretty good indicator of your decision making ability AND your business manager's ability to do the same !

The reason I deal with credit unions or small regional banks.
Business professionals.
When I go in, I want it to be like "Cheers"... where everybody knows your name.. and you theirs.
No lines of immigrant workers waiting to cash a check on payday.
Folks recognize you, no fumbling for ID to cash a check or make a deposit.
Small town atmosphere in the city.

Sounds nice. My Father in Law taught me the value of having a good relationship with your banker. He was a banker himself. Nowadays, that's almost impossible to do
