That looks like a Mississippi Auto Arms barrel shroud.

I had a decked out Siaga and it was to heavy to be fun to shoot. If I build another I am going in the opposite direction and build it to be light weight.

My build is a light build. I didn't want a ton of stuff on it so that I could maneuver it with ease and shoot it for long periods of time. I'm not hating on the heavier builds but they aren't my cup-o-tea.
