She was in Florida messing around when she was suppose to seeing family. You cant do that nowdays..you gotta make them leave.

If they have lived with you for 1 week, you have to give a 30 day notice to vacate,or you can be arrested for abandonment.
Not 100 on this so do your research if you go this route.
