Yes not on the lease no standing. However, you are responsible for her belongings i.e. you may NOT place them outside in the elements, but you may have a deputy or police officer come stand by while she gets her stuff.
Georgia abolished common law marriage back in the 90's, so that isn't going to fly either. If you're not married and she is not on the lease, then she can be thrown out as far as I know.

Sure if you know for sure she was just with someone else boot that ass. But, don't let paranoia wreck your life. You have to learn how not to care and the less you care the more they will. If your concerned shes cheating or it is occupying your time you have already failed yourself.
With that being said, if you lay down with dogs you'll get fleas..... So my advice is to kick it to the curb. Like pulling off a Band-Aid....go fast pain eases.
