just dont no

I had a problem with the Ole Lady's sister who was staying with us for a few weeks... her and the Ole Lady had a falling out and her sister left and came back the next morning with a hella attitude and a deputy to retrieve her things which was fine with me though I saw no need for the law but while she was getting her stuff she started yelling and what not and the deputy told her get her things and leave. She then look at him and Said "doesn't he (me) have to give me 30days?" the deputy turned and asked was she on my lease and I answered hell naw I'm smarter than that. He turned back around and said Ma'am please get your things and let these folks be as I have work to do.... So if she ain't on the lease she has no ground to stand on just saying

Not true at all. The deputy was very wrong in this case.

Ga law states wether on a lease or deed OR NOT, no matter the amount of time spent at a residence, if you have received mail at the address, it is your legal address. And if a property owner or lease holder wishes you to leave they MUST follow legal eviction processes with the court system. Sorry man but that's the law. I've dealt with it with my own brother. Twice. Once at my house and once helping my mom kick him out.

Yes bio shock you were correct.

And to the OP, she is definitly hiding something from you other than a damn phone. You said it happened before and you found out "people were just making stuff up". That was BS. I'm sure she found friends to help make you think that as she was caught and knew it. Move onanistic. It might take a while but there are still some good women out there.

Where the mail is delivered means nothing in the eyes of the law. It might support the argument that you live at that address, but in itself means nothing. Using that argument I could send some mail to someone's house in my name, and I could stay until evicted.Every jurisdiction I have worked in has slightly different burden to uphold the argument that someone lived at that residence instead of just visiting for a while. If advise is needed about an eviction contact the court in your county.

There's a big difference in legal terms between being a resident and being a guest. Even guest at a motel/hotel can be evicted and they're paying to stay there ??

its came to the point that I'm miserable and don't even want to eat

in that case break up with her, doesn't matter if she is cheating or not her behavior makes you miserable so there is no point in sticking to the relationship.

well she goes up and says Caroline (girlfriend) done planned her whole week while I'm gone and i asked what she meant she said that they were going to go out to eat and going to see a GUY friend that shes been wanting to go see that she has not seen in a while

She told you in plain language of her plans while you are gone.

I'm not dear abby but I'll tell you this: If you don't trust her for whatever reason the longer you stay in a "relationship" the more grief you bring upon yourself.

Ask her what's going on. If you don't like the answer.... kick her to the curb and tell her to go stay with her friend. She's purposely playing games with you and she needs to go.... with the quickness.
