With a sworn warrant like that they will have to provide proof at the preliminary hearing.
Like others have said, if you are able to do so, get an attorney. If they truly don’t have proof, it will be a short hearing.

Sounds like you need to have a long talk with her doctor and see if you can get some assistance via home health. Dealing with dementia is a full time job in itself. Talk to her doctor and your doctor if need be and explain the situation. Also talk with someone with church services. You need some extra help so don’t give up because the help is there just have to get the ball rolling. You do this and the court case can be explained away.
