Just ordered $700 in 6.8spc parts

Ok, I am looking for advice. I just ordered $700 in parts to complete my 6.8spc AR build. I need advice on justifying it to the wife. She doesn't know it yet, but mein fuhrer WILL FIND OUT and my guilt is setting in. Not sure what to do but I was tired of waiting...

Any and all help is appreciated.

So true, but I feel I might be giving up the 'p' to get this build done. Oh well. I can buy a lot more for what I could sell this thing for. lol

Or just buy her something shine and after she comes out of the shineything coma then tell her it cost whatever it did +700. That way she gets something shine and all of the money is accounted for.

lmao, I appreciate the confidence building. It won't lead to divorce, I just need to do some smooth talking. I am thinking positively for the moment, but scared s***less

Thats why I have a separate bank account and my own credit cards. My wife ask for X amount per pay and the rest is mine. She was kinda taken back when she found out my safe was $600 but I showed her the same one for $800 and she was cool with it. If your wife is like mine and likes to save then just show her the same rifle you're building on gunbroker or CTD where the price is astronomical and maybe she'll feel better.

With that said is she is running around with old shoes and haven't been on vacation in a couple years I"m going to say that you were wrong.
