I got one for you, some one sends you a pm I'm very interested please call me ,so you call, they tell you they are very interested and they have cash and want to come and "look" so you say ok they will call you in the am next day . Mean while some one tells you they have cash and they comment to buying your item and want to come and get it ,you tell them that some one is coming to look and you will let you know if they don't buy it . Just trying to be fair to the first person who responds , so am comes the first person does not call but the second person is wanting to know have you heard any thing yet so you call the first person to set up a time and they say give me and hour and ill head that way,well he never showed the second guy gets pissed he doesn't under stand why i want sell to him ,well deals a bust . Lesson some times theres a price to pay for trying to be fair , kinda wish i had just sold it you know first come first serve but treating people fairly is more important to me than the money even if they don't get it i do karma.
