I didn't have high expectations, but this turned out to be fantastic!

I got a big bag if chopped Kale, removed all the stems....which was the most involved part.

Massage in 1-2 tbsp of olive oil...get in all the nooks and crannies.

Toss with salt, pepper, onion, garlic...or whatever season you want. Go light on the seasoning. It holds all of it.

Spread evenly and not crowded on a baking pan. It took two batches for the whole bag.

300° oven for 10 mins, rotate pan and back in for an additional 15 mins.


This stuff is like crack...I could eat the whole bag.

I flew to Phoenix on Sunday... The lady sitting next to me opened a bag Kale chips.... My God! Those things smelled so bad... Stunk!

I hope your recipe fixes that....:tape2:
Yeah my youngun loves them. So once or twice a month my wife makes the whole place stink like a boiled cabbage fart.
