Wholesale division ? Really?? Their stores have that policy, bring one in to my tire store and you will spend a while talking about guns and ODT . Some folks just don't respect people.

biker13 the big thing that got me after i left the location and started thinking about it is the fact the security guy said that they have had several incidents with guns being pulled on their guys and that's why they are taking this stance. The more i think about this sentence the more it occurs to me that they knowingly have criminals come into their building brandishing guns and they are asking me to come in unarmed in the future. I think that is the thing that is lingering in my mind more than anything.

i would think their security is obviously pretty ****ing useless

if you were armed, how exactly did they plan on escorting you out if you were not cooperative? lol security, what a joke

I wouldnt buy a valve stem cap from that company anyway.And theres tons of tire distributors around that would appreciate your business..

Unfortunately that is true and not true. Unfortunately Kauffman and American have built quite a large wholesale business and they have products and prices that most other wholesalers cannot touch. If i stopped purchasing from them it would affect my ability to close sales at my business. Luckily my customers here at my retail store all know i carry as long as i am here and they are more than welcome to carry on my property.
