The problem is that it is a Kel-Tec.

Mine runs great but the manual says to load 5 rounds, tap the mag and load 5 more. The springs in the mags are heavy and I do not load more than 25 rounds per mag since the side of the case starts to cave in as you go over 25 rounds. Take you time to load the mags, use 40 grain CCI mags and you problems with feeding will go away.

Mine came from the factory with a paper (seperate from the manual) that said to use 40 grain or higher. I also had feeding issues and after about four rounds I disassembled it and found that the slide stop had broken. I'm still waiting on it to come back from kel-tec.
