I always liked the statement, "You can own it all, just not all at once" Appropriate sentiment among most of us gun owners.

I have never heard it said better. Kind of like better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. At least we have our memories.

Most of the better ones I have came from my father. Those will never be sold from me. They will go to my daughter who is aware of what they mean to the family and me and her as well.
She and my father spent a lot of time together before he died. She had a wonderful relationship with him and that included shooting. He had a good hand in raising her and she loved her grandparents!
I do have a few that I bought here n there when I found good deals , etc.,
Those don’t mean as much to me but mean something more to her.

I've kept all the family heirloom stuff. Winchester 1873, Remington 1858 pocket pistol, a Sauer 38h WWII bring back that my great uncle gave me, and anything else sentimental. The rest are just tools to me. Hate to lose them but they are replaceable.
