Kroger is at it again

Are y’all getting these cut up for steaks or smoking whole, or both? I want to try one. Also, ground beef is 6.49 a pound. Brisket is 2.99. Will Kroger grind a whole brisket and what percent fat do you think you would get?

I grind my own, and use the fat that's on the brisket, the percentage of fat I use depends on how much is on the inside
any fat left over I render down for tallow and use it for cooking in a skillet instead of grease or oil
here are 2 steaks cooking in the tallow
