I still never had much rights during my working career. I made the best of it. Notice the womens standing there with their hands on their hips. Nothin changed there........
Jose, Jesus, and the crew showed up just like every other Monday. Manicuring the yards in our HOA.

I tella, I got beat like a red headed step child. And when I took up for myself, they didn't like it. At least at my last gig I was paid overtime and holiday pay. I worked a lot of holidays along the way. Couldn't hardly ever get any time off. They do them and I do me now. Now that I work solely for myself I don't ever want to stop. Stop to take time off, cost money. Funny how that all works out. Pretty much worked an average of 70+hrs and 6-7 days a week my entire working career. I guess it's all good now
Self employed. Don't work, don't get paid. Most of my life was like that. Mostly gainfully employed. Always had a side gig or two as well. Made a living plus a little extra. Always had a roof over my head, cloths on my back, food to eat and something decent to drive
