Is there a authorized LaRue dealer in Georgia, preferably west Ga? I'm looking for a LT15-9" and some mounts. Or do you know of any shops with the LaRue 9" rail instock that's not grossly over priced.
thanks!

I've seen a lot of there stuff in Bullseye in Lawrenceville over the years but havne't been in there in a while. worth a call, usually their pricing is decent as well. some don't like the place but they stock and lot of good stuff and reasonable price most of the time.

Also try Dawsonville Gun and Pawn. They used to stock a lot as well. prices seem to have risen since they moved to their new location but still good prices there as well.

i own a couple mounts from larue that i bought years ago. i recently checked their website and the prices all seem to be about 20-30% higher than i remember for the same products. am i just mistaken or have they hiked up their inventory?

Best to just CALL LaRue, their customer service is pretty amazing, it's like eating at Chik-fil-a when doing business with them. Coolest Firearm products company hands down.
They will have no problem directing you to a local dealer, but can generally ship direct most merchandise, or for firearms, to an FFL of your choosing.

Their demand has skyrocketed basically, prices are reflecting that. There's a reason for the waiting lists for some models.

And who doesn't love an Armadillo bottle opener?! :p

For firearms you'll have to wait over a year and get a rifle with a "blem" barrel while they figure out how to manufacture the barrels. My father-in-law has been waiting for over a year and is maybe a month or two away from getting a PredatAR, but it won't be with the regular barrel at first. That said, they make great mounts but royally screwed up by taking a zillion AR orders with no way to fulfill them.

Totally agree on that
Which is why I'd never personally buy a premade rifle from them.
The resale on them is ridiculous as well.
They really DO have good CS though, despite pulling a Fail-Tec with their production projection.

Resale is good or bad? I'd imagine if you had any factory built new LaRue it would be worth a fortune because they are unicorns.

Good grief, check out this ad:

Your only option is to buy from Larue direct. They have a bad habit of cutting off dealers when things get busy and to my knowledge, haven't shipped a single mount to a dealer in over a year. They honestly treat their dealers like Mark Larue treats people on the Internet, which is to say, like crap. If you want a LaRue product, call them to verify availability and order over the phone. As far as customer service goes, they're great, until they aren't.

A better idea would be to just order an American Defense or Bobro mount, with Bobro being a personal favorite.

For the record, I've not had a bad experience with Larue, but I've seen too much of his shenanigans over the years to ever send them another dime. And quite frankly, there are better options available today. Larue made their reputation when ARMS was the only game in town. These days, there are better designs.
