My cell phone will not hold the "lightweight" style. I set it and then it goes back to the new style when I navigate to another page of the site

Tried washing history/cookies but still having problem???

Any ideas?

Is it just the lightweight style or any style?

I know how hard it is to keep a site up and running to peek performance and I'd just like to say that O.S. is doing a terrific job. I went thru all of them, looks like the problem is only with lightweight. Laptop and Tablet no issues.
