Lease in Buchanan Ga

I got a lease in Buchanan Ga over the weekend, it's 40 acres that has about another 150 to 200 acres around it.
I'm asking 450 for the year on the property. Sunday I seen 2 deer and 6 turkeys.

No electrical, water.
Room for a 1 more camper.
1 hour from Marietta.

I'm looking for 2 hunters.

Prefer bow hunters.
